One of the most tasty starters are “fettuccine all’amatriciana” (egg fettuccine) “ricotta e spinach ravioli”, “gnocchi” (small patato dumplings), grilled springlamb and amongs the desserts the most famous are “ciambelline al vino” (doughnuts in wine)...
